Data we collect

• Account: last name, first name, username, e-mail address, (encrypted) password, phone number, postal code and country (optional).
• Listings: text, photos, category and location that you publish.
• Sign in with Apple or Google: the identifier provided by Apple/Google and the associated e-mail address, only to create or retrieve your account.
• Technical data: app installation ID, notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), IP address and connection logs.
• Location: the geographic coordinates you choose to attach to a listing.

Why we use it

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• Publish, display and manage your listings;
• Send you notifications matching your criteria (with your consent);
• Ensure security, moderation and proper operation of the service;
• Produce anonymised usage statistics.

Legal basis: performance of the service you request and, for notifications, your consent.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data and do not use it for targeted advertising. It may be processed by our technical providers: Google Firebase (push notifications, statistics), Apple/Google (the "Sign in with" service) and our web host. Some of them may process data outside the European Union, with the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.

Retention

• Account data: kept as long as your account is active;
• Listings: until deleted by you or by moderation;
• Technical logs: kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise them, write to cyril.molinier.81@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account and all your data at any time, directly from your profile (in the app or on the website), or by e-mailing us. Deletion is permanent.

Minors

The service is not intended for persons under 16 without parental consent.
